The “Splash Page” will require the surfer to affirmatively state that he or she is of legal age to view adult materials and that he or she wishes to view sexually explicit material.
Affiliate will not infringe upon the copyright of Company, other affiliates, other webmasters, or other copyright holders. Affiliate agrees that copyright infringement of any kind will be grounds for termination from the program and forfeiture of any proceeds or revenues due to Affiliate.
Affiliate will fully comply with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and its enabling regulations. Affiliate will only use content, material, video, images, or other adult content that is compliant with 18 U.S.C. 2257.
